Confidence.
It’s what makes us succeed, what drives us and gives us the opportunity to do everything we want without hesitation that we might not do it successfully. For me confidence is like that: instead of being afraid that I might fail, I’m curious what will happen if I succeed. And it’s very important not to take failure like an excuse to stop trying new things, but more like a lesson you get every time you fail.
“So how did you became more confident?” – you might ask.
Well, the idea is fairly simple, but the process is tough. It’s hard because you change yourself and your beliefs.
There is no easy way trough it also, but once done, you change your life on every level.
And, I decided to give you the three rules that I follow every single day for the past 2 years, that changed my life!
Rule №1: Believe that everything you start doing, can be done
You simply can’t accomplish a task that you have started with the mental believe that you will fail! Your mind is probably the most powerful thing you own, and if you make it work against you, there is no way you will succeed. Was Einstein sure that he would on day develop general theory of relativity? Hell no! But from the very start he believed that he would. It took some time (about 10 years) before he ever published it in 1915, but he did it! You don’t need to be a genius to succeed at what you are doing you just have to be sure that you’ll succeed.
Rule №2: Start thinking positively
It’s crucial to think that you will fail, that you are stupid and incompetent. So why do it? Start saying to yourself every day, three times a day, that you are the best you can be today and tomorrow you’ll be twice as better. It will change your life, start every task with will and enthusiasm. Beating yourself down is a sure way to failure!
Rule №3: Be who you are
And again, through that whole way, be yourself. Never apologize for what you believe in. If someone don’t like you for what you are, then they don’t deserve your time.
That’s it gents,
Never stop improving yourselves, and never stop believing that you are the best!
See you on the next one…
