Weight Loss | Water?

Loosing weight is something that most of us had to deal at one time or another. I’ve talked before the importance of drinking water, but never talked about this little nifty trick.

This one? It helped me a lot! Just substitute all beverages with water.
Of course you can still drink coffee and tea, but make sure you’re not putting a lot of sugar.

At the beginning it’s hard, just like stopping sweet, but after a while you will not be interested at all in fizzy drinks. It usually takes about 9 weeks to form a habit, I’ve been on this method for three years already, and I find it quite hard to drink carbonated beverages. My stomach just goes crazy!

The numerous benefits from drinking water are widely known. Your skin gets better, you lose weight, your energy is up, but that won’t stop you from drinking it, at least it didn’t work for me. What did however was this video:

Now I know this is Coke related, but almost 95% of sugary drinks out there have the similar consequences after drinking.
If you want to know my opinion on “Diet” products, it’s the same it has more chemicals in it. Stick with water, it’s the sure, easy and cheap way!
