It`s officially summer.
ith the hot weather, it is great to change up the daily skin routine. The heavy creams that you have been using during the colder weather are no longer practical.
It`s time to add some new products to your daily skin routine and also to get rid of some old ones.
DAILY FACE WASH
It`s hot all the time and sweating is inevitable. Bacteria and dirt build up and clog your pores. To prevent dirt building up in your skin you should use a daily face wash. Use it every evening before bed.
The sun is shining all the time and in order to protect your skin, you should use a sunblock cream. Preferably the sunblock cream should be of 30 SPF.
It is easy for the lips to dry. It is great to use a lip protecting balm or a hundred percent pure vaseline to hydrate your lips. It is always a good idea to scrub your lips with sugar and honey to remove dead skin.
A GOOD SHAMPOO
With temperatures averages from 86 to a 104 degrees you are bound to sweat a lot. Using a good shampoo will allow you to wash your hair every day to remove salt from your sweat and any dirt.
A NICE DEODORANT
Battling the heat is always better done while keeping your scent fresh. Arm yourself with a deodorant without antiperspirant to keep your clothes from developing yellow pit stains.
Just like the skin on your face the rest of your body also needs scrubbing all the impurities and dead skin cells to remain healthy. It is great if you buy two body washes – one for every day and the other body wash should be a scrubbing one that you can use every two to three days.
Keeping your skin hydrated by all means is what will ensure it stays healthy. Use it every day after bathing on a moist skin or follow the instructions of the product you are using to get the most of it.
